Suitsupply Spring/Summer 2014: Reminder of what summer looks like

The antidote to winter has arrived in the form of Suitsupply’s new campaign. “After so many months of rain, cold and snow you may have forgotten what summer even looks like,” says founder and CEO Fokke de Jong. ”Our vibrant new campaign should serve as a welcome reminder of the warmer days ahead. Plus,” he adds, “the way we shot it ought to put a smile on your face.”

In addition to the season’s lavish and colorful creative, there’s a lively, celebratory spirit to every aspect of the new collection; from the label’s signature tailored pieces, to shoes and accessories. Key colors include electric blues, acid yellows, bright oranges and more; and fabrics range from lightweight Australian wool blends and Cape Kid mohair, to Irish linen, cashmere, and silk. “We’ve essentially created the building blocks for the ultimate tailored party look,” says de Jong. ”After the winter we’ve had, who isn’t ready to liven things up and have a summer party?”
