Masterclass (leadership)
All over the world, we carefully select promising men and women to take part in our master class. Men and women in whom Suitsupply makes a durable investment. People who have what it takes to master professional sales. Who are able to give effective direction to our activities and give a professional impulse to our strong international growth. Men and women who are already well on their way in our kind of business and who wish to perfect their skills but also those who have less experience, but who show master potential.
To be trained a professional master in sales within six months
This Master program is developed and provided in close cooperation with the Human Academy.
- Plan: a personal development plan
- Know: the ins and outs of men’s fashion
- Be: training professional demeanour
- Train: training sales skills and sales organisation
- Lead: Suitsupply-leadership skills and style
On Site
For three months you will work under close supervision of your coach in one of our stores in the Netherlands. After this training period you will work independent for three months as a specialist with full responsibility over one of our flag stores in the world. After this period you will be appointed as a full member of the Suitsupply Master Board and Certified Master in Sales.
Off Site
An intensive program aimed at professionalising your personality as a master in sales, in 6 intensives (Sunday till Monday).
