You are responsible for the Suitsupply store experience. You have an excellent taste level, an eye for detail and know how to create the right atmosphere. You create an involving podium for our collections. You work with a US Architect and prepare the store design unto a detailed sketch level.

Project Manager Construction United States

You are an USA-based manager with experience in retail construction projects. You will be responsible for rolling out the Suitsupply store concept throughout the USA. You will implement the current store concept but will also work on the evolution of this concept. You are a member of the Suitsupply global design team. Your job starts from before a lease is signed until the final delivery of a store. You hire and manage USA contractors and architects. You have an excellent eye for detail and solve problems on the spot. Ability to work independently with strong initiative on several projects simultaneously with aggressive timeliness is imperative.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse construction documents against cost proposals.
• Oversee all construction activities on-site, and check quality.
• Manage the construction phase; costs, schedule, and timely completion of punch lists.
• Ensure all owner furnished materials (e.g. lighting, flooring, mill work, etc) are ordered and delivered according to the construction schedule.
• Ensure all financial close-out documents are complete, correct and timely.
